1. Registration

To buy on www.havanapipes.com a registration on the web site is required. Users have to fill in the registration form entering their data, in order to have a correct identification of customers and an accurate shipment of purchase.

2. Information on protection of Privacy

Data entered during registration are subject to the terms of protection of privacy and won't be in any case transmitted to a third party. Data will be managed with electronic devices. The person concerned can at any time access his/her data, expressing his right as in Article 13, regulation 675/1996.

3. Terms of payment

3. It is possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Postepay), PayPal or bank transfer.

i. Credit card and PayPal payments

We use the on-line PayPal system. Customers may pay directly either on a PayPal account or using a Credit Card (see which ones above). Every transition are guaranteed and protected by the PayPal security system.

We will carry out the shipment after the checking that the payment has been made.

ii. Bank transfer payment

If the customer chooses a bank transfer payment, we will carry out the shipment after the receiving of the bank receipt either by a fax message (0039-0532248294) or by sending an e-mail with the scanning of the receipt (havanapipes@havanapipes.com).

4. Terms of shipment

Every shipment will use the Executive GLS company.

i. Delivery inside Italy boundaries

Deliveries in Italy will be made by land and the deadline of translation will be 24/48 hours. We will charge shipment fee on the final price of the purchase. IVA (taxes) are included.

ii. Delivery inside European Union (EC) boundaries

Deliveries in European Countries will be made either by land or by plane, according to customer's choice. The deadline of translation will be 24/72 hours. We will charge shipment fee on the final price of the purchase. IVA (taxes) are included.

iii. Delivery outside European Union (EC) boundaries

Deliveries outside European Union will be made only by plane, and the deadline of translation will be 24/72 hours. We will charge shipment fee on the final price of the purchase. Custom duty (20,66 €) is included.

5. Cooling off right

We cover under warranty our products, and customers may point out manufacturing faults by the deadline of 10 days after receiving the purchase. Havana Tobacco Shop will replace faulty products according to Article 5, dl 22 may 1999, n. 185. Customers can inform of the faulty product either by e-mail or by fax message (see contact page on the website). It is possible to obtain a either replacement or a refund. New shipment fee will be paid by the customer.

If the products will be damaged when they have been returned to the Havana Tobacco Shop, no cooling off rights will be applied.

6. Copyright

Brands and logos on this website belong to their owner and have been published with their permission.

Personal information have been published with permission of person concerned according to the 196/2003 law. It is forbidden the use of this information by a third party or for other aims than the ones in the website.
